2. Nature of Services
We provide peer-to-peer USDT/INR trading facilitation, cryptocurrency consulting, and perpetual contract trading guidance. We are a financial management company serving traders who require USDT liquidity to participate in cryptocurrency markets.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- You must be a resident or legally registered entity in India.
- You confirm that all funds used in transactions are from legitimate, lawful sources.
- Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar/PAN) may be required for large transactions.
4. Minimum Transaction Amount
Minimum transaction: 1,000 USDT or ₹1,00,000 INR. Transactions below this threshold will not be processed.
5. Payment Terms
- Accepted: UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and Cash (Bengaluru office only).
- Rates are quoted live and locked upon mutual written confirmation via WhatsApp.
- Full INR payment must be completed within 30 minutes of rate confirmation.
- USDT is released only after full and confirmed receipt of payment.
- We are not liable for delays caused by banking system downtime or UPI failures.
6. Risk Disclosure
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Values can increase or decrease rapidly.
- We do not provide investment advice. All transactions are at the buyer's own risk.
- Past transaction volumes or rates are not a guarantee of future availability or pricing.
- The Company bears no liability for losses arising from market movements post-transaction.
7. KYC & Compliance
We operate in compliance with applicable Indian financial regulations. For transactions above regulatory thresholds, KYC documentation will be required. All personal data collected is kept strictly confidential and used solely for compliance purposes.
8. Refund & Dispute Policy
- All completed USDT transfers are final and irreversible on the blockchain.
- If payment is received and USDT is not delivered due to our error, resolution will be provided within 24 hours.
- Disputes must be raised within 2 hours of transaction completion via WhatsApp.
- Evidence (payment screenshots, transaction IDs) must be provided for all disputes.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Chargeback fraud, false payment claims, or manipulated payment screenshots.
- Use of third-party accounts without prior written disclosure.
- Any attempt to defraud, deceive, or scam The Mi Groups Pvt Ltd or its representatives.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Mi Groups Pvt Ltd's total liability is limited strictly to the value of the disputed transaction. We accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
12. Amendments
The Mi Groups Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
